New Laws & A New Dawn

With the passage of the new laws we have been forced to work overtime pushing paper. Therefore we have been gone for a while in the process of setting up the new structure. Things happen so fast, but everything is changing for the better and we are not sure many dispensaries can say that. We held off on the launch of the site for obvious reasons but it is now full blast scheduled for October 1.

Things will be getting back to normal and we are celebrating a couple of wonderful weeks of music on the Western Slope. Jazz & Phish...Rock and Crystal will be around well everybody else will be gone.

If You Build It They Will Come

After examining the Medical Marijuana landscape in the state of Colorado it was apparent that the system is not working in favor of those most in need of the medicine. The up front costs associated with becoming a registered patient, in most cases, only makes you eligible to purchase medicine at a price above that which you can find on the black market, and that shouldn't be the case.

Supply and demand dictates that the expansion of dispensaries in the state of Colorado should have begun a downward push on the price of medical grade marijuana. That hasn't happened, the prices have stayed similar to those seen for the past 15 years, the difference being, the taxes. The taxes push the cost past the traditional price many of us have paid for years.

Not any Longer! We feel that we have created a system that meets both the Patients and Care Givers needs. One that represents the Patients best interests and promotes advancements within the Medical Marijuana world. Over the course of the last few years we have built a team with international experience, over 70 strains and a desire for our system to be the benchmark in Colorado's Medical Marijuana industry.

• We make an up front investment in every patient by way of paying a $90 fee to every new patient upon execution of a Primary Caregiver Agreement. We handle all registration paperwork for new applicants as well as notifications to the state regarding status change for existing card holders.
• Each Patient is matched with a Primary Caregiver who will maintain a private garden of up to 6 plants for each Patient. Every Patient is able to purchase medicine from any of the Primary Caregivers in our network as well as from their own private garden at a further discounted rate.
• In addition to having the ability to purchase medicine at deeply discounted rates, every Patient is entitled to a small portion of the yield of their garden, on an annual basis.
• Patients will have access to an online dispensary equipped with shipping options throughout the state of Colorado. This dispensary will be private and accessible only to our Patients.
• We have packages for individual purchases or by monthly or annual fees. Packages start as low as $15 per month. There is no bait and switch, our prices are 50%-75% cheaper than every where else for a reason...WE HAVE A DIFFERENT BUSINESS MODEL

It has been a long arduous process but we are getting there. The websites are being designed and we are a few weeks from going live. So, as of today, for the first time since 2001, we are accepting applications for new clients. You make your own doctors appointment, and we handle the rest.
